I design and deliver practical professional development for teachers, support staff, middle leaders and leadership teams, combining research, experience and practical strategies that can be used in schools.

Sessions can be delivered as whole-school INSET, twilight training, workshops, leadership development sessions or longer programmes.

Helping staff understand how pupils learn and how classroom practice can support memory, independence and effective study. Areas can include:
