About me
I’m an experienced school leader, trainer and presenter with a career spanning headship, senior leadership, organisational development and education consultancy.
I’ve worked with pupils, teachers, leaders and organisations to improve learning, develop people and navigate change. My approach combines practical experience with evidence-informed thinking, and I’m particularly interested in leadership, school improvement, coaching, study skills, positive psychology and organisational culture.
